A group of intrepid investigators wants to track Al Gore's (massive) home energy output using an eco-friendly hot air balloon to surveil how much er, hot air Big Al actually uses.
Trouble is, the local bureaucrats are trying to put a spanner in the works. The embattled crew is not giving in, however.
