Ah, yes. Only not so punitive, heretofore.Those of us who like our tobacco addiction --... which, contrary to popular science, does NOT add heavy weight to health-care costs ---- have learned how to end-run around the government.And will continue to do so. Until the government is brought down -- as it will, eventually, of its own nanny-weight.Stay tuned.
